Ltd. an ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) Certified, is a company founded in 2004 and registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 in year 2007, having Corporate office at 14th Floor, Ocus Medley Tower, Sector-99, Near Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram-122001. Since 2011 the company has shown tremendous growth in the field of Fleet Management as principal business and as well as in prime express service, which is even known as speed trucking, Prime Cargo movement in the industry.

The company initially started with limited number of fleets in line-haul services for the Logistics & Express Companies and further enhanced own maintenance unit to maintain efficiency level. The maintenance unit added 25% profit efficiency in the productivity

The company is principally functions in Fleet Management that includes Vehicle management (own fleets/ Assets), Vehicle tracking and diagnostics (In-house / own maintenance/fabrication unit), Driver's management (In-house Training and Development), Speed Management (In-house ERP for System Control, Monitoring and Execution Process), Fuel management (Out sourced), health and safety management.

The second wing operates into 3PL services, Long-haul fleet Operations management (Express Transport Services), Regional Delivery Management (Both B2B and B2C), E-Commerce (B2B) and Transportation Consultancy Services. The intent to be in this segment is to get the cost advantage in B2B and line-haul operations.

Rajbir Singh Chaudhary - Founder & CMD

A corporate executive, has over 32 years of rich experience in Courier, Cargo, Logistics and supply chain Industry.

He served in major logistics companies at various National level profile in Corporate sectors in India

Has led several operational initiatives in diverse B2B verticals like Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail & SCM etc.

His extensive experience in functions of strategic planning, network management and Operations management

In 2004, he started Instant Transport Solutions, as a fleet management company with a small work force and a capital of 0.2 million with a vision to serve the gap of the Express Industry and fleet companies and he has grown to become one of the most preferred professionally managed fleet company and outsourcing service partner of Express Companies

Jasveer Singh - CEO

A young Entrepreneurship Management Executive from IIM Ahmedabad, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), PGDM, CNIIT, Diploma in Banking & Finance, Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) has over 18+ years rich experience in Banking, Insurance and Transportation Industry at various key management levels.

In 2011, Jasveer left a high-flying corporate career to begin life as an entrepreneur along with Rajbir, he joined the board as a Director.

He took on the responsibility of CEO and an instrumental in the growth of ITS business within a short span and has successfully led ITS into area of logistics business.

He is not only a Sales Operation expert, but also has a rich experience in sales and customer relationship management. His expertise lies in driving and inspiring the teams to successfully manage customer expectations through multiple delivery channels.

He is also responsible for the strategy that has transformed the company in to professional fleet management company in transportation Industry.

Infrastructure

The company's PRIME EXPRESS transportation is operated through-out India, including all Metros, T-II and T-III Cities. The Company's widespread infrastructure having more than 1000+ containerized closed body own fleet; 100% GPS enabled with 6 layers security features and vehicle sizes starting from 05 ft. Electric Vehicles & 08 ft. to 14'/17'/19'/20'/22'/24'/32' SXL/32' MXL & 40' MXL/TXL Trailers.

Maintenance

The company owns repair & maintenance workshop and that serves upto 100 vehicles at one go.

The repair maintenance/fabrication unit spread over 8 Acre Facility Yard in Haryana and provides 25 to 30% cost benefits to the system.

The company is also engaged with all major OEMs with long term AMC contracts to cater repair services 24*7*365 days across India.

The company came in existence more than a decade with the team backed by having more than three decades of experience and expertise in Supply Chain Management, Fleet Management, Distribution, Warehousing, Operations and Consultancy.

The company employs more than 2000 people, out of which around 1600 are drivers and 300 skilled and technical employees.

Over 5000 person-years of Logistics domain knowledge and solutions expertise.
